This includes Agility training, Balance, Core-Cardo Strength Training, and Stair Climbing, all the while checking Heart Rate Monitors to track consistency and effectiveness of the workout.
Along with Heart Rate Monitoring, we will be assisting all participants with smart meal planning. These meal plans are specifically tailored for each persons individual needs and fitness goals. The approach is interactive, where everyone takes pictures of what they eat and then shares with their fellow MB09ers.
