Day 2 of 365: Interval Training for Cardio

Well I decided to try a variety of tough as hell workout programs, suggested by my friends. The first one up is known as “Insanity,” by Shaun T. An awesome guy and program. So my objective is to sprinkle a few of his moves in with my current training.

The thing I liked about his program, is that it shocks your body into growth by stimulating the fast twitch muscle fibers of your largest muscles…the legs. Yes you will see MR. Burns sitting in your living room if you put 110% into this clip.

The good thing about interval training, besides stimulating muscle growth, is that it helps you shed fat so fast! My only caution is to avoid over eating throughout the day and to really time your meals the correct way around your workout. Use the tips from my latest ebook(money back guaranteed if you don’t like it).

Enjoy part of my workout from today.

The majority of these moves were taken from the warm-up!! Yes this program is that tough. I would suggest doing your tough workout when you have the most energy in the day. Then later in the evening do light cardio combined with a well deserved stretch session.

Making the best,

Ahmad

HI Ahmad, Just found your workout videos on you tube. I am wanting to lose fat off my belly, and love handles. And then build up muscle all over. Which of your workkouts would be best. I am 6 feet 2, and 210lbs. Thanks for any advice , Cheers Bri

  • Bri,
You need to focus 45 minutes of your hour towards my cardio clips..the week 1-12 cardio clips. Try the day 1-30 clips or the beginnner navy seals ab clip for your FIRST 15 MINUTES of your workout hour…then move on to 45 mins of cardio with a mixture of the week 1-12 clips…ok?~ahmad

  • So I’m sitting on the edge of my chair waiting to hear how it all went!! Did you have a great time? Make sure to keep it fun with your sisters…use the first round to get all the laughing out, then really get serious and put some energy into the cardio moves…it always works…~ahmad

  • hey man thanks for the comment! At your age your body will be going through some great changes. So it’s important to learn the foundation and basics about improving your wellness. Getting healthy has so many fun elements to experiment and play around with to see what works for you. I need to know what you are doing now for your shoulders…and I need to know what protein you have at each meal you normally eat. We need to adjust a few things…and the redirect your energy down that path…start enjoying this trip you are beginning …it gets better!~ahmad
