Day 1 of 365 of getting into shape!

Yesterday I decided to take note of where I currently stand. I am reading a great book called ‘the 50th law’ and it suggest taking an honest approach weekly on your current standings in life.

I did this with a basic fit test.

I know that for me it is best to be able to track my progress. So I picked a few challenging fitness moves and timed myself doing them for 60 seconds each. Every two weeks I will re-test. You should try this.  So your first task in shadowing me is to take your own stats.

  1. What is your current waist or pants measurement?
  2. How many jumping jacks or squats can you do in 60 seconds?
  3. How many push-ups can you complete on or off your knees?
  4. How flexible are you?
  5. How much healthy food and beverage do you intake daily?
  6. How often are your thoughts for your success?

So use the above as your test for today.

    Hey Ahmed, I just happened across your youtube clips, and was amazed. I have subscribed to you and will follow this program for the rest of 2010. Today is 01/31/10. My birthday is this coming Tuesday. So, I am going to commit to getting super fit like I used to be. I am currently 5′10, 304lbs and 41yo. I still lots some muscule mass under this fat, but guess what I’m determined to reveal it. I’m going to take some before pics tomorrow and then I will send them to you weekly I’m looking forward to the transformation.

    Sorry, I meant to write Ahmad, not Ahmed. lol. I am encouraged. Gonna get the ebook tomorrow. And will tune in and follow all the videos. Let’s see what happens. I work with alot of celebrities and now i have some career things going on that is about to bring me in front of the camera, so I have to look great. And if i do, believe me, the world will know about Ahmad from my mouth. lol.

  • I am here for you…and I will be your 24-7 virtual trainer if you need me? The goal is to find your balance. Along this point will need to be adjusted…because as you get healthier your workouts and eating will need to adjust. Let’s do this together…smart. No matter how long it takes we will make this into a fun life changing process. The thing I want you to always remember is that the perfect you is already there…your goal is to feel healthy first…the rest follows. Right now just day dream about how reading this 12 months from now will feel. I’m on your case now…so lets get moving. Watch the lesson clips…all of them if you can. Then recharge on the mental vitamin clips. Your next goal will be to do as much of the weekly cardio one clip as you can. Record this time…and lets move from there…~ahmad

  • Let’s focus on the end results…the big high five and the laughter as we reflect on your whole journey. The key will be keeping your energy positive even if you have to redirect your wellness plans. Everyday from now on…no matter how small, just do something…ok?~ahmad
