This is my year that I have truely decided to workout and train hard. I’m a 16 year old sophomore, 5′ 9″ weight 130 pounds and less than 8% body fat, and truth is I am tired of having this small body and not being able to compete in sports any longer. I play high school baseball and I wrestle, my freshman year of wrestling I never won a single match because of my lack of muscle and I’m sick and tired of it! I want to come back and show my coach that I am the deticated explosive athlete that I know I am on the inside, but I’m just lacking the muscle. So please Mr. Baari email me back and help me to gain the muscle I need and want to prove to not only my coaches but to my Father that I can and will be the best athlete I possibly can be.

@Dion Jones , glad to hear you are ready! Your words feel like you have accomplished your goals mentally already! Great, because this is your first step. Next step is to decide how many days, and how much time you can commit to working out. Final step is to reduce the bad sugars and bad fats…and replace with natural sugars and good fats…ok?~ahmad
@stephanie it all depends on your intensity and how well you can eliminate the distractions that will slow any quick results. So your goal is to first feel healthy and in shape. How does the perfect you feel? Work on this.feeling…as often as you can remember. The lesson 3 and lesson 4 clips will aid in your eating questions…and begin with as many of the workout clips(depending on your goals) as you can within a 20-45 minute period. Ok?
@Becky B. you know I will be your biggest fan and supporter! So lets make it happen this year! One day at a time, just work on small adjustments. You want to end up with a real system that can be used long term. My plan gives you a basic foundation…from which you can adjust slowly to fit what works for you! Master the energy balance equation in the art of fat loss book…getting in shape is a science…make the formula fit your lifestyle…ok?
@Landon Miller I love your goal! We can make it happen. It will require you to focus before each workout on the feelings expressed in this letter. My reason for asking you to do this, is because I need you to make the last 2-3 reps almost impossible to complete on every exercise. Do you think you can make it through my day 1-30 workout clips? For the clips that might have a move in which you can not do…replace it with push-ups, abs, or burpees. The thing I have learned is that strength endurance is the best thing to have. Suppose you meet an opponent with your same level of drive and strength. The only thing that will leave you as the victor is your endurance. You must out last the guy standing across from you. We train for this. We have time…so lets do it smart and safe. ~ahmad

Is the 1-30 day program best for definition and weight loss or bulking up? Because I don’t really care about my definition now, I really just want to gain mass and bulk. Then later on worry about definition. If you could show me a great program for gaing muscle mass it’d be great!

I suggest you improve both. Find your balance. Also use latest stretching clip to stay loose and improve back strength.~ahmad

Mz Ebony recommended your videos to me and I started doing them this week. I recorded a video last night of me doing week one. I did it twice and worked up a sweat. I will be continuing with them and I am working to change my eating habits. This is difficult because I am a caterer and I sell BBQ for a living.
My goal is to go from 323lbs. to 250lbs. by Thanksgiving 2010. I would also like to lose at least 15 inches from my waist.
I would appreciate any comments you could offer.

I am 16 years old 5′11″ and weigh 16X lbs. I want to get stronger and have my muscles tone, and flat out be healthy. For more religious reasons then anything else, because my body is my temple. I exercise frequently already, and it makes me feel very content and in good spirituality, but I think I should have a plan for my work outs rather then just doing the same thing everyday. It would be a blessing if you could help me. :]

Yes to gain weight you want it to be muscle. This can be tricky because most guys just think, eating more and lifting heavy is the key. Almost. You must eat more of the macro nutrients….protein, fibrous carbs, and healthy fats. You can not just eat anything…the food you intake must be as close to natural as possible. Your body only uses foods it recognizes…the other junk just causes things to slow down in your body the bad way. OK? Lifting heavy must be done in certain frequencies, because your body needs time to recover. Your recovery should be rehab time and strength/mobility training. Stay tuned…will have something special planned for those craving mass….for now…watch the lesson 3 and 4 clips and try to make it through the day 1-30 workout clips….~ahmad

i’m a asia 1.6m and weight about 68kg.is the workout for all type of people?Because we do eat different type of food. i have a tummy and i really wanna lose it.i tried jogging but i didn’t fade away.it’s been month.
Try this:
Run for 45 mins at a nice pace. Record how far you ran. Next time try to do a little more within the same amount of time or less. THEN WAIT ONE HOUR after finishing BEFORE YOU EAT ANYTHING. Only hydrate during that hour of waiting…water please.
Try this for 7 days and watch the change.~ahmad
Hi Ahmad, is amazing ur projects helping people around the world, 15 days i had a Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy before surgery weighed 125 kilos,
Since the surgery lost 14 kilos everything is going well, but I need a program to tone and shape my skin, I swim and walk for now, and next week I start aerobics.maybe u have some exercises that will help me to avoid the skin of my belly arms, and legs hanging

I really want to start your program. I got injured about 2 years ago and tore my ACL, meniscus, and patellar tendon. I just got surgery for it and I was wondering do you know of any exercises that I can start on as of now? I’m able to get on the bike and ride for only 10 min. I can still do upper body work but not lower body yet…do you have any suggestions?

Ok need some definate advice…. and help lol… had 2 babies back to back they are 10 months apart from each other. I gained a total of 60lbs maybe a lil more. this is the biggest ive ever been. I walk everywhere and i try and watch what i eat and im seeing no results. I know i need more. I just don’t know how to go about it. My belly’s streched out and saggy i dont want to lost all this weight and have this ugly belly. Can you help please?!?!?!

Eliza you will want to start by first increasing your daily fiber intake…so this will mean more fibrous carbs instead of starchy carbs…more fruits and veggies…the natural sugar is fine…no need to worry about it. Second you need to begin on a daily basis doing at least 30-45 mins of intense cardio… use my weekly cardio clips…mix and match them…add me on facebook: “ahmad baari”
The most important thing to begin practicing is regaining full quadricep contraction strength. Normally after a surgery such as this, you tend to lose a little strength…so what I would suggest for now, under a doctor’s approval…is to begin practicing contracting the thigh muscles…sit flat on floor with legs extended out…and practice lifting and holding the leg a few inches off the floor…with the leg straight foot flexed. Hold for 5 seconds then lower back down…complete 10-15 reps… let me know how that helps..~ahmad

Thanks man…get the new version of muscle milk protein powder. It will help you add on mass. Next you want to combine the supplement with good old fashion tough workouts. The last 3 reps need to be almost impossible to complete. Try some of my gym workout clips…ok?~ahmad
Can you jump rope? If not pick and exercise..simple like a burpee or jumping jacks…and work at doing the movement during commercial breaks of your favorite shows…even try at times to do a double cardio session…one session in am and one session in the pm…ok? How’s your eating and protein intake? You need to take in muscle milk protein shake if your trying to bulk up…lets try that brand first. Next your lifting needs to be safely intense…ok? How many push-ups can you do?~ahmad
