Try this simple change..do 30 minutes of a mix of my weekly cardio clips and then finish with 30 minutes of the treadmill, but instead of incline…lets start doing walk run sessions…slowly try to work up to running the full 30 mins.. by walking for 2 minutes…jogging for 30-60 secs…ok? Slowly decrease walk time and run more…this should be the trick for you…along with watching my lesson 3 and lesson 4 clips and really doing the info..ok?~ahmad
hey i went out and brought some protien powder it is called whey protien, is it any good? cose i live in new zealand so we might get different products to you? ive been going hard at some of your workouts and i have a set routine each day, and try to push my self further every time,is there any of your workouts you would recomend i do to get the best results? also i can do 100 push ups in a row but thats my absolute limit
