    I want to know the MOST HARD CORD way to lose belly fat. or fat piriod. I ben working out for 2 years, but I am seeing little results. help me out please. And I just cant never lose my belly. I try eating right, but how can i do that when im allso trying to gain musule? I need to eat alot for that.. please help me. O and idk if me being 16 madders but ya. haha

    hi i am a mother of 3. i am overweight im 5′ 5″ tall and weight bout 295. i started workin out today i did a couple of ur workouts on you tube. and im takin my kids to walk with me. im not sure how to eat or what to eat. hell im not really sure im exercising right either lol. can u email me some pointers or a direction to go with please i am just unhappy being this way. thank you so much ~priscilla

  • The key Priscilla is to not let a day go by without doing something…even if it’s just a walk with light hand weights…swing those arms. But on a normal day you need to be breathing hard and sweating for 20-45 minutes a day. Use a mix of my cardio weekly clips ok? Next watch the lesson 3 and lesson 4 clips…and get the ebook.
