How to Build Mass 101

I know many of you might feel that this site is only for those trying to lose weight…but that is not the case.
My end goal is to get everyone happy with their bodies. What you need to do IF gaining mass is your goal is to CONSUME more quality energy. You need to make sure you are consuming the right vitamins and minerals daily for your body, THEN focus on protein intake. You see IF you do not have the right vitamins and minerals going into your system, your body can not absorb the protein as well as it should.
So the first part of this lesson is to get the best daily vitamin for your body’s needs. Vitamins are personal…what works for me might not work for you. Once you have your vitamins in your system, we will move to the next step: PROTEIN INTAKE…then the final step which is HOW TO LIFT…

Good to know, my room mate is trying to bulk up. He is 6′4″ and started at 160 and is up to 166. He has been using Muscle Milk but it’s been a slow process. I told him he needs to try and get more protein from good foods as opposed to relying so much on the shakes. I’ll let him know about the Alive vitamins. Do you sell them?

ahmad can you help me and telll me how to bulk up and get bigger. Im trying to get a little more massy but its hard. I have not try protein powders and i dont know which to use if i do. i want to seeek some advice from you cause i know your professional.
To get bulkier, we need to increase your calories. Try and have 3 protein shakes a day along with your normal meals. Wake up with a shake, and go to bed with a shake. Have a shake as snack too.
You also need to push for one more rep each time you work out.

i am 14 years old and im wondering about how long am i surpose to work out and should i work out daily and what kind of protiens etc, should i eat every day to build muscle fast and exercises
Andy how are things going? I think at your age I would master using my own body weight efficiently. Practice mastering ALL my upper body workout clips where I just use my body weight for resistance. And use my lower body workout clips too…you can grow great muscle using your own body weight. Can you complete the ADVANCED SPECIAL FORCES WORKOUT CLIP Part2? It’s on my youtube page.~ahmad
