Improvement and the Long Run

written by ahmad

I am so happy to be improving.

I say that to myself often. You should create your own inner mantra, or positive phrase that you repeat as you do your daily task.

See how long you can repeat your phrase while holding that feeling. Really feel what it is like to be improving…no matter what way. Just by you reading these post and watching my clips, you are creating more positive reasons for you to have a positive outcome. You just have to practice feeling like you wish to feel.

Anyway, on my last run I reached that point of quitting again. But just as I was about to quit, and walk, my favorite song began playing in my ipod. It really was a great song. I said to myself that I would run until the song ends.

Guess what song…the Marvin Gaye song I have playing on my week 7 cardio clip…and it was the extended remix version…

Well I survived the run and felt improved.

Your’re Almost There,

Ahmad
