Hi, i have been doing yuor weekly cardio workouts and have just started week 8, so far in the 7 full weeks of my workouts i have lost 11.2lb, i was just wondering if that is good for the amount of time its taken, my only download last week was i didnt put on or loose any weight i stayed exactly the same

You need to adjust your intensity and erase all starchy carb intake after 12:30 pm…have only fibrous carbs AFTER this time and increase your protein and smart fluid intake…ok?

we have to begin by making your daily portion sizes smaller and smarter…healthier for you. More good fats such as almonds…and then every meal must have a protein…
2nd most important step is to decrease overall body fat by doing my daily cardio clips…start at week one and go from there…ok?

Is U for real? I really would like a personal trainer to help me get this Santa belly toned up to a sixpack. I am about 10lbs overweight and i am starting to work on my thighs, butt and abs. I’m going to buy your e-book pretty soon but i wanted to know if you do personal training sessions because i would be very interested in them. At the moment, I started 3 days ago doing your youtube exercises for butt, thighs and abs and i do 30 mins or more on the treadmill. I’ve had a lot of cravings in the last 8 weeks due to the stress but i’m cutting down on most of the cravings now.
Please let me know if you do personal training classes in the San Diego area and how much you charge.

Thanks first for getting the book…it really means a lot. Here is what I would suggest if you can’t get your hands on any supplements: Just eat healthy. Tons of proteins, almonds & extra virgin olive oil, fruits, vegetables, and more fruit! Wash it all down with tons of smart water and healthy fluids, and you will be fine.~ahmad

If you want all of the above that you stated, then your eating will really need to be super smart! No crap….only things that are natural. Your body recognizes natural things…the junk only cause havoc within you internally…So safe the cheat meals to once a week, or once after 2 days worth of smart eating and 2 hours of cardio… Hope that makes since. Your muscle is there…we have to build it while we shed any unnecessary fat. Get both books…I will have the next one up in a few days. Both work together…~ahmad

Its nice that you take time out to look out for us out here in helping us towards improving our bodies – Ok! -?- I’ve had a baby girl via c-section about 2yrs ago … Before pregnancy I was 138 lbs – at nine months I went up to 179 lbs – now Im 152 lbs I would like to get back down to a well toned/135lbs I’ve worked out here and there on my own but slacked off a bit … ok! Im lying … more than a bit -alot! My problem is my stomach, I cant seem to get it back down close to where I want it to be. I still look as if Im about 4 months or so … I wanna bring my belly down by the summer … Im starting week one of your videos this week … I wanna know is there any other workouts I should be doing aside from that ? … Oh! I also have a bad habit of staying up late and having a late night snack … what are some of my food options?
