Have you tried any of my lower body clips? Most of them will help with this. The key is to add weight AS you become stronger. You always want to feel a burn in the area being worked. Let me know if you need more direction.

 - Let&#039;s begin increasing your good fats and also adding whole grains to your eating. You can enjoy almonds for snacks...and introduce whole grain pastas, and breads into your diet. Do more compound exercises...KEEP the cardio...I think adjusting the eating is the key...try it for 10 days...and see how the looks change...ok?~ahmad</description>
