How I Fight My Food Cravings. Munch a little all day.





This is one of my tricks: munch on ONE pack of these throughout your day. I use this often to fight my chocolate/sweets and salt cravings.

Why You Need More H20. The Reason to Drink Water.

A survey from the Cornel Medical Center states that 75 percent of Americans are “chronically dehydrated.” Most people consume a little over one liter of water, proven from a seven year study conducted by the N.I.H. (National Institutes of Health). The scary thing is this amount is just about half of what we should be intaking daily.

Linked to reduced water intake are the following:

1. Slower metabolism
2. Fatigue
3. Loss of Concentration

I know personally if I experienced this daily, there would be no makingthebest.com workout clips. I would not have the energy to workout. If you correct your daily hydration, I guarantee, your fitness plan will be easier from this day forth.

What I would suggest is to just buy a Brita $20 water filter basic pitcher. Brita 42412 Atlantis Water Pitcher

Take some of the water to work with you in a water bottle. Your goal is to hydrate at the major transistion points of your day:

1. When you wake.
2. Leaving the house.
3. Before and after each meal.
4. Leaving work
5. Before bed.

You can add a little punch to your water by adding fruit(ie. lemon, lime, orange slices, or fresh herbs(ie. mint).

These Flat-Belly Tricks I am sharing are coming from this great article I read. It gathered only proven methods. We share the same agreement that if you combine many of these tips on a regular schedule, then you will see awesome results.

TIP 3: Chew.
Digestion begins in the mouth. You need to really begin with your next meal chewing your food until it is soft as apple sauce. Really take your time. When you swallow chuncks of food, this leads to bad digestion. Bad digestion equals the gas and bloat. Help your body…start at your next meal.

Read a great article on “My #1 Flat-Belly Trick” today… TIP 2

Like I was saying, I was reading this great article the other day and I found some killer advice on making your belly smaller. 

Step 2. INCREASE THIS FATBURNING Hormone.
Eat close to zero grams of sugar a day. It will keep GLUCAGON HIGH (the fatburner) and insulin levels low at the right times. The article said to imagine “MS. PACMAN traveling around your waistline, gobbling up fat to be used as energy. ” So basically, the closer you are to zero sugar grams consumed a day, the lower your insulin and the higher your glucagon levels will be. It works fast. Enjoy natural sugars, ie. fruits, bolthouse farms smoothies.

Read a great article on “My #1 Flat-Belly Trick” today…TIP 1

Today was great. I learned a few new tricks that I would like to share with you. You will lose the extra pounds and really fix your belly problem if you follow these steps.

TIP 1. At 3pm or 4 pm everyday please consume either a protein bar, almonds, or low-fat cheese. Normally we go 5-7 hours without eating. Blood sugar plunges and we been craving because our body wants to regain its balance blood sugar levels.
